By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase through this Site, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Site.

1. Eligibility and Legal Compliance

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase long guns, rifles, or related accessories, and 21 years old to purchase handguns or handgun ammunition. By using this Site, you affirm that you meet these age requirements and are not prohibited under federal, state, or local law from purchasing or possessing firearms or ammunition.
All sales are subject to compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, including regulations enforced by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). We reserve the right to deny service or cancel any transaction that does not meet legal requirements.

2. FFL Transfers and Firearm Shipments

All firearms will be shipped to a verified Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. You are responsible for selecting a licensed FFL dealer and ensuring they provide us with a valid copy of their license. Firearms will not be shipped directly to individuals.
You must pass all federal, state, and local background checks to take possession of any firearm. If you are denied or fail to complete the transfer for any reason, you may be subject to restocking and return shipping fees.

3. NFA Items (e.g., suppressors, SBRs, machine guns)

All NFA-regulated items (such as suppressors, short-barreled rifles, and machine guns) require approval by the ATF, including but not limited to, Form 4 transfer process, including background checks and tax stamp payment. These items cannot be shipped or released until the ATF has issued approval and the transfer is legally completed.
Purchasers must:

Be at least 21 years old,

Reside in a state where NFA ownership is permitted,

Submit appropriate paperwork and identification,

Be approved by the ATF before possession or pickup.
All NFA sales are final. If you fail to complete the transfer or are denied by the ATF, you will be responsible for a restocking fee and any applicable administrative charges.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance, availability, and verification. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure accurate pricing but reserve the right to correct pricing errors. In the event of a pricing mistake, we will notify you before fulfilling the order.
Once an order is placed, cancellations may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. No order will be shipped until full payment is received and cleared.

5. Restricted Items

We do not sell firearms, ammunition, or accessories in jurisdictions where such items are restricted, banned, or otherwise prohibited. It is your responsibility to ensure the legality of any item you purchase in your state, city, or county.
Orders for restricted items will be canceled and may be subject to a restocking fee.

6. In-Store Pickup

If selecting in-store pickup, you must present a valid government-issued photo ID and, where applicable, complete the necessary ATF Form 4473 and pass a background check before receiving the item. For NFA items, pickup will only be allowed once full ATF approval is granted.
Items must be picked up by the person listed on the order. We do not allow substitutions or third-party pickups.
Orders not picked up within 14 business days may be canceled and subject to a restocking fee unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

7. Returns and Cancellations

Due to the nature of firearm sales, all sales are final once the item has been transferred or shipped. Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturer defect or error on our part, and must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Cancellations prior to shipping may be subject to a 25% fee. Once a firearm has been transferred to you through an FFL, it cannot be returned.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use any product purchased through this Site. All products are used at your own risk and should be handled responsibly and in accordance with all safety regulations and training.
We are not responsible for delays, errors, or delivery failures caused by third parties, including carriers or FFLs.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use this Site to:

Violate any laws or regulations;

Attempt unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;

Submit false or misleading information;

Harass, threaten, or defame others;

Transmit any viruses or malicious code.
Violations may result in termination of your access to the Site and potential legal action.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including logos, text, images, graphics, and product descriptions—is the property of Cloyd Industries LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without our written consent.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Clay County, Missouri for any disputes related to these Terms or your use of the Site.
