Return Policy

At Libertygunsammo.com, we strive to provide quality products and customer service you can trust. Due to the highly regulated nature of firearm and ammunition sales, our return policy includes specific restrictions and conditions in compliance with federal and state law.

All Firearm Sales Are Final

Once a firearm has been transferred to you through a licensed FFL dealer, the sale is considered final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted on firearms after transfer, regardless of reason. Please inspect all firearms thoroughly at the FFL location before accepting the transfer.

NFA Item Sales Are Final

All sales of NFA-regulated items (e.g., suppressors, SBRs, machine guns) are final and non-refundable, even if the ATF denies your application or the process is delayed. Once submitted, these transactions cannot be canceled or reversed, and any administrative or restocking fees are non-refundable.

Ammunition Sales Are Final

All ammunition sales are final and non-returnable due to safety and liability considerations. Please verify caliber and compatibility before ordering.

Accessory and Non-Firearm Product Returns

Non-firearm items such as parts, accessories, and gear may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

Return request must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery.

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

All returns must be authorized in advance. Contact us at admin@cloydindustriesllc.com to request return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Cancellations

Order cancellations requested before shipping may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. If the item has already shipped or if firearm transfer paperwork has begun, the order cannot be canceled.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping and provide a replacement or refund once the item is received and inspected. This does not apply to items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or customer modification.

To initiate a return (if eligible), please email us with the following:

Your full name and order number

Description of the issue or reason for return

Photos (if applicable)

Once approved, ship the item to the return address provided in the RMA instructions. Do not return items without authorization.
